All coordination and project management is exclusively done by our onshore teams and our offshore development and delivery process is completely transparent to our clients. We implement highly collaborative models for our clients that span from conceptualization, design, development, through implementation and application support. We handle the project management without the client’s intervention so they can focus running the business. These projects are typically done on a fixed bid style, and TechO2 takes the responsibility and ownership of delivering the complete solution to the clients.

Our excellence comes out early in the software development cycle where we facilitate the requirements gathering with the clients. This collaborative process sets up expectations early and helps to come up with an accurate road map for client deliverables. Tech O2 implements agile processes through out the development cycle and follows a periodic tangible deliverables to the clients. This incremental deliverable approach helps both our clients and us in facilitating early feedback on the solution, and provides measurement of progress on the projects.
