Cypress also wanted to build a self-help customer service portal for their customers simultaneously. As the nature of internal and external CRMs vary considerably and to eliminate the problem of distracting the focus of their IT team, Cypress engaged TechO2 to build their external CRM, the self-help portal for their customers.
TechO2 has built a world-class self-help portal; Cypress Connexion that provides Cypress customers a wide range of functionality without the need to call in the customer service. The functionality ranges from Support Ticket entry to Invoice management, Order Entry to various customer reports, and end user level feature changes to their services. Connexion improves Cypress customer productivity by offering the tools they need to manage their accounts and services with just few clicks and also increases the productivity of Cypress staff.

The unique nature of the business model involves research units spread across the globe separated by disciplines, geographical areas, and specialized areas. TechO2 is engaged to build IT Strategy for this virtual company to bridge the different research units, and streamline the efforts of the organization to a common goal… winning!
Ignite Media is a champion of the DRTV space that provides eCommerce solutions to high-flying products such as ShamWow, Snuggie, and MajicJack. With the growing market and a proprietary eCommerce framework, Ignite Media ran into a challenge that their framework had troubles catching up the eCommerce demand in November of 2008. With business booming after the 2008 elections, and holiday season coming up, Ignite needed a quick review of their eCommerce framework to identify the bottlenecks for scalability. TechO2 was called upon, swiftly analyzed the bottlenecks in Ignites framework and presented a report to fix the software related issues in their eCommerce framework. Ignite was quick to move with the suggested changes, and few other initiatives and enjoyed a successful holiday season of 2008.
Mario Family Partners is a high net worth investor that manages their estate with investments in several organized institutions and private equity markets. MFP has looked for a software solution in the market that can address the needs of their estate’s wealth management and couldn’t come up with anything available. MFP partnered with TechO2 to develop a software solution that addresses the needs of their estate management. MFP wants to productize this solution and market to serve the needs of other high-net worth estate managers and fiduciaries. TechO2 is incubating this product for MFP and assisting to make this solution a product that has appeal to a niche but focused consumers.
TechO2 is building what could be the first Enterprise 2.0 software application for Start-up and Growth companies. Every organization has certain functional needs irrespective of the size of the organization; HR, Sales, Customer Service, Employee Training to name a few. The bigger the organization, the complex these functions will become. But, in this age of regulations and global economies, standardization and efficiency rule the roost. OfficeO2 is envisioned to help the smaller organizations to automate their functional needs in adequate levels (without costing them an arm and leg), and to bring in the Web 2.0 and Social Networking to work for the work environment. OfficeO2 is expected to enter its Beta availability in early summer of 2010.
