Instead of latching up the models that are already in practice that are pro-provider, we focused on why software outsourcing projects fail and made sure that the concerns are addressed. Our process is pro-customer and we bring in true partnership with our clients by sharing the risks, and demonstrating relentless commitment to our work.

Software Engineering is not rocket science; yet every organization addresses software projects differently and achieves varying results. We believe that software can be developed and delivered in this global economy effectively, consistently and in a repeatable manner. We looked at why companies fail in executing software projects, and identified the pitfalls first. Then, we identified some standards, some best practices, several existing project management techniques and process management methodologies, come up with some of our own, and added few Cs to the mix for an optimal software development process: Collaboration, Communication, and Conformance.
