Concept to implementation, pricing to project management, our approach is different. Instead of latching up the models that are already in practice that are pro-provider, we focused on why software outsourcing projects fail and made sure that the concerns are addressed. Our process is pro-customer and we bring in true partnership with our clients by sharing the risks, and demonstrating relentless commitment to our work.

Software Engineering is not rocket science; yet every organization addresses software projects differently and achieves varying results. We believe that software can be developed and delivered in this global economy effectively, consistently and in a repeatable manner. We looked at why companies fail in executing software projects, and identified the pitfalls first. Then, we identified some standards, some best practices, several existing project management techniques and process management methodologies, come up with some of our own, and added few Cs to the mix for an optimal software development process: Collaboration, Communication, and Conformance.

We emphasized the process elements for consistent and repeatable outcomes that can be refined. Collaboration (both with clients and team members) and Communication play vital role on pulling the efforts together towards the common goal. Our collaborative practices keep things transparent, create constant feedback into the system, and result in best team effort.

Each of our projects kicks off with the introduction of client goals. Team members always know the end objective of what they are working on and how it relates to a specific goal of the client. Daily scrums and internal brainstorming sessions help us relating to the incremental milestones and provide a clear and effective path for the end goal.
