Sreeni Jakka is an energetic IT leader blending strategic vision with operational expertise. Sreeni specializes in developing agile enterprise architectures that are aligned with business strategy, support future growth, and ultimately impact the bottom line. Sreeni is entrepreneurial and possesses experience in start-up as well as mature organization settings in both public and private equity markets.

Prior to founding TechO2, Sreeni has worked as Vice President of Technology for Talk America, a publicly traded telecommunications company. Sreeni was responsible for building Talk America’s flagship Sales Force Automation, eCommerce, and eBusiness frameworks. Sreeni also has the distinction of coming up with the enterprise architecture of MFS Transtech’s EZPass implementations across the United States. Some of Sreeni’s expertise areas are technology management, enterprise architecture, CRM/CEM, SFA, e-Business, Product Development, Stakeholder Collaboration, and team building. Sreeni has a Masters degree in Computer Applications from Andhra University, India and a M.B.A with focus on Technology and eBusiness from West Chester University, PA.

Ramakrishna Tummala is well known for his serial entrepreneurship. Ramakrishna founded Tech O2 India Private Ltd along with Sreeni in 2008. Ramakrishna also founded and managed several successful ventures related to medical support systems and BPO operations. In 1998, Ramakrishna founded Worldtech; a BPO initiative with focus on Medical transcription serving clients in North America, and he still runs this 500 people successful organization. Worldtech also develops software products in support of EMR and transcription management.

Ramakrishna also founded and operates Doctus software solutions in 2007 with focus in Claims processing, adjudication, medical coding, medical billing, prepress, and EMR management. Ramakrishna is also one of the few social entrepreneurs in India creating opportunities in rural areas by floating BPO centers in rural areas of Andhra Pradesh. Ramakrishna earlier served as Executive Director at NATCO Pharmaceuticals and was responsible for the growth of the company from $60,000 revenues to $75,000,000. Ramakrishna Tummala was an Engineering graduate from REC, Calicut.

Viswapani Chittajallu is an IT industry veteran with focus in global delivery, and product development. Pani is a keen planner, strategist, thought leader and is versatile in managing key account relationships and large-scale software projects. Pani is responsible for the Tech O2 India’s global delivery process, management of projects, and client satisfaction.

Earlier, Pani has worked with World’s Fortune 100 companies such as EDS, Target, AllState, Exxon Mobile, ETrade to name a few. Prior to Tech O2 India, Pani served as a Project Manager at Sum Total, a Learning Management System giant with headquarters in USA. Pani’s specialties include Global Delivery, Customer Collaboration, and constant Process Refinement. Pani has a Masters degree in Computer Applications from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.
